Candy Apple Jelly> 4 c.apple juice,1/2 c. red-hot candies, 1 pkg (1-3/4 ounces) powdered fruit pectin,4-1/2 c. sugar.Combine the apple juice, candies and pectin. Bring to a full rolling boil over high heat, stirring constantly.Stir in sugar; return to a full rolling boil.Boil for 2 min,stirring constantly. Remove from heat; skim off foam and discard any undissolved candies.Process for 5 min. in boiling-water canner. 6 half-pints.
